WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
Dynamic and results-oriented Principal Product Marketing Manager to focus on deepening our core messaging and driving our marketing for Manychat’s overarching product portfolio and proposition. With a strong PLG background, you’re able to translate the product value across many altitudes, from a high level view (eg at events, conferences and top-of-funnel content), down to everyday user interactions and experiments that have an impact on key business and product metrics. You’ll be responsible for building foundational processes and best practices, while also ensuring to remain flexible and revisit as we scale the team, operations and cross-functional collaboration.
A successful candidate will have a significant role in shaping our direction and success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀
- Act as the voice of value propositions and positioning across the entire product portfolio, with a strong POV and messaging that drives awareness with target audiences.
- Develop high quality, credible and valuable content that drives adoption and usage to drive both short-term interest and long-term brand awareness.
- Own (internal) product roadmap communications - both sync and async - by consolidating release plans, telling a holistic story and ensuring that key stakeholders are aware of the value being delivered to customers
- Identify ways to drive cross-sell across products across the right segments based on customer needs
- Manage overarching product marketing-driven research prioritization and initiatives to support major business objectives. By communicating findings, you generate a better customer/market understanding and influence strategy.
- Align and implement cross-functional programs with key stakeholders across the business
WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💥
- ~7 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Impact and action-oriented mindset with a track record to prove it
- Able to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments where competitors, products, and customer segments are evolving quickly
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with partners, customers, vendors, and management.
- Data savvy but know when to lean on qualitative insights or make decision quickly with limited visibility
- Highly empathetic and curious. You strive to connect the dots and align stakeholders across differing viewpoints, cultures, and geographies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.* A subject matter expert in your own right, but willing to be challenged and take on new perspectives and solutions that support the business
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
