Position Overview:


Zenoti is seeking a Vice President of Product Management who will play an instrumental role in scaling the Product Management team and realizing our vision of becoming the definitive wellness platform. The VP will be pivotal in shaping the future of Zenoti's product offerings, leading a rapidly expanding team, and ensuring that our solutions resonate with our customers and the market at large.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role in rapidly scaling the Zenoti Product Management team to support and advance our vision of a complete wellness platform. Hire, lead, and coach a rapidly growing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. Constantly evaluate if the team’s solutions have solved problems through quantitative and qualitative measures.
  • Align the entire product team with the end-to-end product line vision and goals, creating a unified direction for product development.
  • Utilize portfolio product management techniques to ensure product investments are effectively distributed, maximizing value across the Zenoti product suite.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing teams to validate, build, launch, and measure product experiences that deliver measurable value to customers.
  • Serve as a chief advocate and spokesperson for the Zenoti product suite, championing its value both internally and externally.
  • Apply extensive experience in building B2B SaaS software to innovate and improve upon product management practices within Zenoti.

Qualifications:


  • A proven track record of success in scaling product management teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a sizable team of product professionals and leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for portfolio management and investment allocation across product lines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with other department leaders effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience serving as a product spokesperson.
  • A minimum of 15 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing product management teams.
  • Excellent at boardroom and big stage presentations, and able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications
