SpotOn is a cutting-edge software company dedicated to redefining the merchant services industry. On a daily basis you will:
- Develop containerized backend applications deployed to Kubernetes
- Create and improve reusable Github Actions to simplify our CI/CD process
- Add features to Backstage, our internal development portal
- Learn from experienced engineers about what it takes to run hundreds of services at scale
What skill are we searching for?
- Good knowledge of any modern programming language - C++, Java, Python, Javascript, or any other - we are mostly interested in your ability to write code, not the tools
- Willingness to learn Typescript, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Basic knowledge of Git
- Students of a 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of Computer Science or related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly motivated and eager to learn fast
- Good command of written and spoken English
