Pair Eyewear is looking to hire an Inventory Control Associate to manage inventory transactions across our ERP system while ensuring PAIR is maintaining reliable and accurate inventory records fundamental for proper financial control. In this role you will oversee the accuracy of raw and finished goods inventory transactions, create inbound shipments, and work cross-functionally with the Logistics, Finance, Production, and Planning teams to provide key insights. This position will be based out of our production facility in Irvine, CA and will report directly into our Inventory Control Specialist.
What You’ll Do:
- Build inbound shipments in Netsuite based on shipment packing lists
- Create inventory transfers between virtual warehouses based on receipts
- Assist in investigations of 3-way match discrepancies between the invoice, receipt, and packing list
- Update vendor PO’s based on discrepancies with the PL and the original vendor PO
- Work with Quality team to transfer inspected quantities systematically into varying locations following QC results
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of virtual inventory in Netsuite compared to inventory reports from external sources
- Work with cycle counting team to log adjustments from inventory discrepancies discovered
- Provide periodic reports on accuracy of Netsuite virtual inventory and synchronize with Accounting team to address deviations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Need to Have:
- HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in inventory control, accounting, data entry, or a related field, ideally within a manufacturing or e-commerce environment
- Experience working in Netsuite or similar ERP system strongly preferred, with specific experience performing inventory transactions and reconciliations
- Strong base understanding of supply chain workflows
- Experience working in Google drive, MS Office Suite including Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
