We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to teams in North America and EMEA, including R&D, Go-To-Market, and corporate functions. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to craft and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, empower, and retain talents. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, project planning, and critical thinking skills. You must be able to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment, be a self-starter and not be afraid of problem-solving complex issues.

Responsibilities


  • Advise managers and employees on complex performance issues providing solid guidance on legal and regulatory trends to reduce potential business liabilities.
  • Lead regional focal reviews and talent assessments through collaboration and partnership with senior management and HR COEs.
  • Amplify our core values, create high employee engagement, and elevate our talent brand.
  • Advise and consult client groups on organizational design, team effectiveness, and integration.
  • Collaborate with SSC and provide policy interpretation, counseling, and training for employees and managers on programs, policies, and procedures; ensure fairness and legal compliance.
  • Solve problems and identify root causes of various complex issues and design quickly implementable solutions across geographies.
  • Support immigration cases, team-building events, and office operations.
  • Partner with HR COEs to answer employee questions and own employee day-to-day experience.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of Human Resources client-facing or relevant experience.
  • Experience in driving or participating in effective Performance Management, Employee Relations, Career Development, and Recognition programs.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated success in providing solutions to leadership in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in an environment that requires flexibility – includes experience developing/delivering presentations or having discussions across various audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A deep desire to learn, contribute and add value daily.
  • Ability to overcome resistance and effectively manage change.

$140,000 - $175,000 a year

Salary Range:


The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is USD $140k to $175k. The actual individual base pay will depend on various factors such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, work locations, job levels, and relevant experience and skills. This role is also eligible to participate in PingCAP's Bonus and Equity Plan, as well as our Sales Compensation Plan, if it is a sales role. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all US job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

Please note that actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies. Other benefits include health insurance, flexible vacation time, paid holidays, and parental leave.
