We are inclusive, customer-devoted, curious, courageous, discerning, and results-driven.As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Glossier, you will execute our influencer marketing strategies and support on affiliate strategies to align with our brand vision and objectives.
Your role involves fostering relationships with our community of creators and driving campaigns that will enhance brand affinity and cultural relevance. You have an eye for evolving consumer trends and shifts in culture. You come with a proven track record in influencer strategy execution, a social first approach, a passion for beauty, and a record of forging meaningful influencer relationships. Your adept negotiation skills and ability to cultivate authentic connections will be instrumental in advancing our brands reach and presence across social media. You will have a challenger mindset, finding creative ways to grow Glossier’s share of voice that is in line with our values, positioning, and objectives.
You will ensure that equity and a people-first lens is at the forefront of your work. This role will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing.
Six Month Expectations
- Manage the execution of a scaled, always-on influencer marketing strategy, supporting our launches and evergreen moments
- Drive the finalization of Q2 deals with talent partners to sustain campaign momentum and achieve brand objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed content briefs, oversee talent-led campaigns, and execute impactful influencer activations
- Proactively identify and cultivate new influencer partnerships and initiatives that align with broader marketing strategies and goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, both new and existing, for organic gifting and paid partnerships
- Drive negotiations and oversee the execution of contracts with influencers and creators
- Oversee influencer gifting and seeding strategies, including logistics in partnership with talent coordinator
- Generate innovative ideas and pitches to engage our community, driving increased Earned Media Value (EMV) and fostering brand loyalty
- Monitor and track budget allocations for talent partnerships and activations
Twelve + Month Expectations
- Support the Director of Influencer Marketing in developing the ongoing influencer strategy for 2025 and beyond finding new ways to scale the influencer program
- Research, vet, contract, and brief influencer partners for campaigns and brand activation initiatives
- Cultivate and expand the Glossier Community
- Partner with team to establish and nurture the influencer affiliate program
- Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity cross functionally
- Stay updated on marketing, cultural, and social media trends, serving as an expert in the space
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Social Media, Talent Management, PR, or related fields
- 5+ years experience in working in an influencer marketing, affiliate, or similar role that is grounded in relationship management and community
- Prior experience in cosmetics or skincare industry are a plus
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across various social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to cultivate communities and connected to culture. Has finger on the pulse of all things influencer industry.
- Has existing relationships with influencers and talent agents
- Strong relationship management skills, expert at negotiations and deal-making
- Proficient in contract management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
- Experience leading initiatives from concept to execution
- Skilled at managing internal and external work streams across multiple campaigns
- Strong analytical capabilities across campaign tracking/KPI reporting
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations and data visualization
- Enthusiastic about the brands past and future eager to contribute to its evolution
- Passionate about creating best-in-class experiences for both influencer partners & our customers
In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:
- The estimated annual pay range for this role is $82,000 - $107,000.
- There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role. Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that include medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.

Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
