About the opportunity:


We are looking for a Growth Ops Lead who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Growth Ops team, which is the engine behind turning strategies into creatively executed campaigns and initiatives. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:


  • User Acquisition and Retention: Developing and executing strategies to attract and onboard new users to the platform. Implementing retention initiatives to enhance user engagement and loyalty.
  • Daily Trading Volume: Working closely with the trading and marketing teams to drive daily trading volume. Analyzing market trends and user behaviour to optimise trading strategies.
  • Regional Market Expansion: Identifying and assessing new regional markets for expansion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor strategies for specific regions.
  • Trading Campaign Strategy: Planning and executing effective trading campaigns to drive user participation and volume. Analyzing campaign performance and iterating strategies based on results.
  • CeFi Expertise: Leveraging experience in centralized trading to create comprehensive growth strategies. Staying informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities in CeFi.
  • Cost and ROI Ownership: Overseeing and managing the budget for growth initiatives. Developing metrics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of various campaigns and strategies.

About you:


  • Proven experience in a growth/user operations role within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of centralized trading platforms.
  • Interest in DeFi.
  • Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and trading volume growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing regional market expansion initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
