The right candidate will have domain experience in building enterprise products for networking or security coupled with a background in product management. As the Senior PM, you will be responsible for expanding our NDR Sensor products and helping take our business to the next level.Responsibilities
- Understand the NDR market ecosystem, competition, and user needs. Work with Engineering & UX to develop new products and features, validate with customers, iterate quickly. Collaborate with GTM to launch and drive adoption.
- Develop a vision and product strategy for Corelight Sensor portfolio
- Develop & manage applications such as IDS and Network Forensics on sensors to enable SOC teams to streamline their workflows.
- Work closely with Platform engineering teams to develop highly performant and scalable sensors that can work in any customer environment.
- Ensure that Corelight products meet necessary Certifications & Compliance necessary for Federal & Commercial customers.
Qualifications
- Experience and or passion for cyber security technology, and/or Open Source software
- Domain knowledge of the Network Detection & Response (NDR) space; familiarity with solutions such as Intrusion Detection (IDS), Network Security Monitoring (NSM), and Packet Capture (PCAP)
- 1-5 years as a product manager building and launching technical products in enterprise security
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and applications
- Strong communication skills with experience in coordinating across multiple teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, creative environment.

Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.Compensation Range$182,000—$219,000 USD
