We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will:
- Conducting research into the needs of our customers regarding cash management, payments, receivables, and investments.
- Support the analysis of market trends and benchmark competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Help develop and articulate a vision for the product that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a product roadmap that considers both short-term outputs and long-term vision.
- Work with senior product managers to translate customer needs and business objectives into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating with engineering, design and other stakeholder teams.
- Engage with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver product features to market in a timely fashion.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve execution capacity and support the product development squad through customer feedback and product metrics monitoring.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders on product progress updates and decisions to foster understanding across the organization.
- Help define and track key product performance metrics.
- Support the analysis of product performance and participate in optimization efforts to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and financial results.
- Collect feedback from customers and other departments to aid in continuous product improvement.
Our requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ year of work experience in a product management role or similar capacity, preferably within a tech-focused environment.
- Interest in fintechs or digital banking products. Previous experience in fintechs is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, being proactive into solving problems.
- Strong organization, project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proactive and eager to learn from others and take on responsibilities.
- Bias for action.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Based in Brazil (remote).
