About the Role: 


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, with a focus on managing commercial accounts and closing new business opportunities. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while being based in Bogotá.What will you do:- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion opportunities.- Drive revenue growth by closing mid-size deals and exceeding sales targets consistently.- Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform.- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.- Leverage knowledge of Martech solutions as a differentiator in the sales process.- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator to manage pipeline and drive efficiency.- Demonstrate a challenger mindset by challenging customers' assumptions and providing insights to drive value.- Implement and refine sales strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales approach accordingly.What we are looking for?- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a hybrid role, managing customers and closing new business in the SaaS industry.- Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities for mid-size deals.- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building relationships with customers.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with an average deal size of $25k ACV.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Lusha, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.- Challenger mindset with the ability to challenge customer assumptions and provide valuable insights.- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including SEs, CSMs, and BDRs.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.- Excitement for building and optimizing sales processes.- Martech experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with marketing technology solutions.- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.- Adaptability to evolving market conditions and industry trends.- Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest developments in the SaaS space.Why join us?- Be a part of a global growth stage startup- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters- You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high growth mobile technology space- Innovate at scale, with learning opportunitiesWhat is working at CleverTap like?- Be a part of a global category creator - hyper growth B2B SaaS startup- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters- Work, performance and results are real sources of happiness in addition to the fun of working with and celebrating success with an exceptionally talented team- Accountability and driving outcomes is the key to success- Your career here is limited by you and nothing else- Teamwork trumps individual success- You are passionate about experience technology and its impact on enabling  growth - Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities and having fun along the way!About the Function:We are a team of Growth Pilots where everyone works together towards a common objective:P  :  Act with First PrinciplesI   :  Take Initiative L  :  Seek to LearnO :  Take Ownership of OutcomesT  :  Help Achieve TogetherS  :  Speak up then CommitAbout CleverTap:CleverTap is the all-in-one engagement platform that helps brands unlock limitless customer lifetime value by helping them create personalized experiences to retain their most valuable customers.
