Who we seek:
We’re looking for a Proposal Specialist/Manager for our Global Business Operations (GBO) team, reporting to the Proposal Director. Our GBO team is a global team based across the US and Europe, tasked with ensuring efficient and successful operations across the organization. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for the completion of compliant, value-driven proposals, maintaining our content library and reporting on win/loss data. Our ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on proposal management experience and can collaborate cross-functionally while adhering to process.
What you’ll do:
- Kickoff new projects in Responsive (our proposal management tool) - upload/configure documents & assign tasks to broader team
- Assist SEs/Sales org with project creation and closeout process, as necessary; make sure projects are being documented and saved according to our process
- Content library cleanup (archiving old responses, adding tagging, owners, preferred answers, etc.) and upkeep of the tool
- Serve as the internal POC for Responsive
- Analyze RFP requirements and ensure that proposals are compliant
- Edit and rewrite proposals, including creating templates and boilerplate text
- Assist with project schedules - create, manage, ensure timelines for completion
- Capture win/loss data & translate into quarterly reports
- Data gathering for tracking, reporting salesforce dashboards with current proposal statistics
- Draft proposals and communicate across teams to get input and meet deadlines
- Assist in various other tasks to support productivity and scalability of proposal team
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years experience in the proposal field
- Experience in end to end proposal development
- Excellent time management & organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment (juggle multiple proposals at once without compromising work quality)
- Familiarity with proposal management and automation industry tools (Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian, Ombud, etc.)
- Experience creating response outlines, templates, etc.
- Collaborative mindset & comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization + enforcing deadlines

The annual base salary range is $80,000 – $105,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
