What are you going to do?

Occupy a unique position in the market, as a Marketing Analyst to spearhead the creation and implementation of effective nurturing campaigns for leads and candidates. The ideal candidate will manage our marketing automation platforms, execute monthly newsletters, and develop promotional materials for targeted audiences, all aimed at enhancing our lead generation and talent acquisition efforts.
- Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Create and execute candidate nurturing campaigns with RD Station.
- Send monthly newsletters to prospect, client and talent databases.
- Develop marketing assets for nurturing audiences.
- Run targeted opportunity campaigns for critical open job positions using RD Station.
- Implement campaigns for offering Bench Employees via HubSpot.
- Report on the status of the databases and conversion metrics.
- Create a targeted list based on engagement for direct outreach activities.
- Continuously assess upcoming events in the US for lead generation purposes.
- Continuously evaluate upcoming events in LATAM for talent acquisition.
- Organize the company's participation in selected events.
- Provide assets for event participation.
What will help you succeed
- Proven experience of around 2 years in digital marketing and managing CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, RD Station).
- Exceptional content creation and editing skills.
- Deep understanding of lead generation processes and strategies.
- Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and preferably in Spanish.
