Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Content Writer and Editor who is passionate about storytelling, possesses exceptional writing skills, and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content across the marketing funnel, and improving conversions on page.

Responsibilities:


  • Produce high-quality, original content including thought-leadership articles, blog posts, and relevant downloadables.
  • Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices. But more importantly, create content that is insightful and adds value to our target audience.
  • Understand the product, industry, and ICP and develop into a subject matter expert, then partner with teams across the company to create compelling resources and high quality content
  • Weave together technical product messaging and market trends into engaging narratives
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Develop strategies to maximize the reach and engagement of content through various channels, including email marketing and partnerships.
  • Create a content strategy that converts traffic to MQLs
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • 4 years of content experience, ideally with B2B SaaS experience
  • Understanding of SEO and content analytical tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Obsessed with the audience—what drives them, what they’re looking for, how to grab their attention, and make them customers and advocates
  • Outstanding writing and copy editing skills with strong attention to details like spelling, grammar, tone, and clarity
  • Impeccable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to give and receive feedback in stride.
