About the role…
We’re hiring an early or mid career IT Support Engineer who will join us with a view to progress into an IT Systems Engineer position. You’ll need to be based in our London office 3 days of the week on Wednesday, Friday, with one more day to be decided.
What you’ll be doing…
- Providing end-user support to our 330+ person team.
- Driving improvements to our new hire hardware procurement processes.
- Growing your administration skills of the cloud-based tools in our tech stack (OKTA, Notion, Zapier, JAMF, Slack, and Google Workspace).
- Developing your automation skills alongside Senior IT Support Engineers.
- Providing hardware, AV, and event support.
- Identify ways of improving self-service support.
- Support for compliance framework projects in SOC2 and/or ISO27001.
- Linux support.
- Authorising application Access Requests and implementation.
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
- 1st/2nd line support experience in a Mac-based environment within a scale-up or large technology company.
- 1st/2nd line support experience with Linux/Ubuntu 20.04/22.04
- Familiarity with the administration of the cloud tools in our tech stack (OKTA, Notion, Zapier, JAMF, Slack, JumpCloud MDM, Zoom and Google Workspace).
- A desire to develop your skills in automation.

- Linux administration experience
- Familiarity with SOC2 and/or ISO27001
