Mission for our Visual Designer;
Establish a world-class brand image for Anyscale through visual design on marketing and product fronts.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop a cohesive visual identity for Anyscale
- Hands-on creation of assets to enhance Anyscale's visual presence across all touchpoints, such as branding, posters, presentations, web page designs, illustrations, and infographics
- Work directly with the leadership team and senior stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and achieve buy-in for visual design strategies
- Collaborate closely with the product design team to apply the established visual design framework to the user interface, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, branding, and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leaders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate design visions into functional and visually compelling solutions
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience designing for developer-facing/technical products, SaaS, or cloud products
- Experience with designing videos and animations
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
Compensation
- At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $154,560-$185,526. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
