We are always looking for talented people to join our team.We are looking for a Legal Analyst to assist our Government Receivables underwriting team with legal due diligence and investment monitoring on our newest private credit strategy. You’ll be joining a growing team of engineers, lawyers, and data scientists to make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate underwriting of potential Government Receivable investments, including conducting borrower interviews and analyzing due diligence materials
- Organize diligence and monitoring efforts across a growing portfolio of revolving loans
- Draft investment memoranda summarizing results of underwriting and strengths and weaknesses of potential investments
- Assist in tasks across functions including: origination, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, operations, technology and marketing.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, History, Political Science, Mathematics, or related field with desirable or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal at an AmLaw 200 firm and/or comparable boutique firms (litigation experience preferred)
- Experience in financial statement analysis, financial modeling or financial valuation; preparing financial information, interpreting financial performance or assessing risk exposure
- Ability to articulate financial concepts and information in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team environment spanning multiple disciplines
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast paced startup environment
