You are a licensed P&C professional passionate about making a positive impact and providing exceptional customer service and advising clients holistically about their insurance needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to offer comprehensive support and guidance.
- Personalized Assistance: Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions. Your ability to empathize and offer personalized advice will empower customers to make informed decisions.
- Sales and Renewal Support: Recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs. Make recommendations to help customers navigate their policy renewal as seamlessly as possible by re-shopping their policy on our marketplace.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and external teams, including sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and more, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Insurance Experience: 3 or more years of P&C experience; P&C license required
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Your ability to actively listen, empathize, and articulate solutions will be key in delivering top-notch service.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to putting the customer first are crucial attributes for success in this role.
- Sales Acumen: An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products will be advantageous.
- Eagerness to Learn: While prior experience in insurance is beneficial, a willingness to learn and grow within the industry is equally valuable. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is a plus.

Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
