Role Overview:
As a User Experience (UX) Writer / Content Strategist at Viz.ai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication with our users, enhancing their experience, and driving adoption of our cutting-edge AI care coordination platform. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and informative content that simplifies complex concepts, guides users through onboarding processes, and supports commercial and customer success efforts.
You will:
- Own Onboarding Content Creation:
- Develop talk tracks for onboarding videos that manage user expectations and facilitate user adoption
- Write customer-facing FAQs to address common user questions and requests to present to users / customers during the onboarding process
- Collaborate with AI, product, UX, customer success, marketing. and clinical teams to create model cards and playbooks to guide users in maximizing the potential of our platform
- Assist in Developing Commercial and Customer Success Talk Tracks:
- Collaborate with sales enablement, product, and clinical teams to develop persuasive talk tracks for new products
- Craft responses to frequently asked questions and customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Leverage Technical Understanding to Build Internal Reference Documentation:
- Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical audiences
- Develop comprehensive internal reference documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency in communication
- Establish a repository of information about live and new products/features to support internal stakeholders
- Curate Mobile and Web App Content:
- Align app content with growth, engagement, and retention goals
- Develop a distinct tone for the mobile and web app content that reflects Viz.ai's brand voice and resonates with our target audience
- Ensure that app content is comprehensible and actionable, providing users with clear guidance and prompting desired actions to enhance their experience
- Monitor user feedback and analytics to iteratively refine app content and improve user satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare and/or tech industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, clinical, engineering, regulatory, sales, and customer success teams is a plus
