You will support cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Brand Design, UX Research, and Copywriting, helping deliver high-quality results efficiently. As Creative Operations Manager you will be responsible for...
- Stewardship of the Brand and Project Management: Ability to uphold the integrity of the brand while ensuring project deliverables and objectives are met with precision and timeliness.
- Production and Operational Efficiency: Strong understanding of best-in-class production strategies that are agile, cost-effective, and uphold creative excellence. Capable of adapting these strategies to align with the business model.
- Collaborative and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to creatively solve problems, build strong relationships, and think strategically.
- Project Coordination: Develop and manage detailed timelines for multichannel projects, overseeing every step from strategy through to production, ensuring efficient workflow and timely execution.
- Leadership and Professionalism: Serve as the key point of contact for internal creative projects, demonstrating leadership and professionalism in managing and facilitating solutions for business challenges.
- Relationship Management and Troubleshooting: Ability to effectively manage and troubleshoot complex situations involving creative resources, vendor relationships, and project adjustments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear, effective, and regular status updates and reports to all relevant parties.
We’re looking for you to bring:
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all lifecycle stages, with direct accountability for project deliverables and execution. Experience in setting deadlines, coordinating team tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
- Leadership and Results Orientation: Proven track record of leading projects and guiding team goals by taking ownership and driving results. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to aid the team in resolving issues effectively. Experience in identifying, analyzing, and addressing complex project challenges.
- Experience in Design Operations: Specific experience in a design or creative operations role, managing workflows within creative teams, and understanding the unique challenges of design project management.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate while maintaining effective relationships.
- Adaptability and Agile Practices: Experience working in an agile environment, able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):
- Familiarity with Industry Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar, as well as familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience in B2B2C, Health or relevant industry
For candidates in NYC, CA or CO, the salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits.
