This role will partner closely with the Sales leadership teams, Finance and Business Intelligence to design processes for operational efficiency, analyze data for better decision making, and support planning efforts around forecasting, territory design and pipeline/capacity needs. The role requires an ability to roll up your sleeves while keeping a strategic mindset on where we need to continually drive the business for the future. Experience in a fast paced, growing SaaS company and an ability to drive impact through analysis are keys to success. This individual will report to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations. Responsibilities:
Drive sales execution by aligning to the cadence and rhythm of the business including forecasting and pipeline management/efficiency; design and execute initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
Develop and manage KPIs and Dashboards that give insight into the health and performance of the sales organization and enable target setting.
Engage with Sales Leadership to understand all elements of their business and find areas to improve process and performance by proactively analyzing data and delivering actionable insights.
Carve and roll out territories, support quota creation and enforce Rules of Engagement
Understand the different streams and contributions to the pipeline and seek ways to enhance its value creation.
Model out different sales-based scenarios (capacity, attainment, pipeline, etc) to support decision making on current org and process design and as well as future design.
Engage with our GTM Systems team to discuss our systems and processes to ensure they are most effectively supporting our sales motion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Economics or related relevant areas.
5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or GTM-Focused VC
Understanding of the SaaS business model and how sales orgs efficiently operate.
Background with change management in a growing organization and ability to manage multiple projects across the sales teams
Fluidity with modeling across multiple scenarios and an understanding of how different sales and business variables impact each other.
Previous experience with Salesforce, Tableau and Gong and scaling SaaS companies strongly preferred.
Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable communicating and presenting with all levels, including Leadership.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
