In this role, you will be managing the operations and implementation team, all focused on the implementation, integration, and onboarding of our pharmacy partners. A person that will succeed in this role is someone who is able to learn and adapt quickly, able to dig into the weeds to understand how to best position our product, and drive extreme attention to detail and data in order to meet and exceed operations and account management goals.
You will:
- Manage Nimble’s technical operations and enterprise implementation teams, both focused on frontend and backend onboarding for our newly signed partners
- Coach to effective implementation techniques including: productive intakes, efficient onboarding, timely implementations, integrations set up, troubleshooting and understanding technology functions
- Be able to manage and coach to client-facing strategies for fast and effective enterprise implementation
- Be able to build processes for and coach to technical integrations, including streamlining builds for port forwarding setups, robotic process automation (RPA) application setups and API requests / SFTP setups.
- Use actionable data to drive process improvements from onboarding to implementation workflows and go live
- Execute against a scalable strategy for driving high volume implementations
- Develop, maintain, and consistently improve a system of best practices for the team that drives account implementation and retention, improved performance and account growth
- Interact and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to help drive new product rollouts / new pharmacy-related initiatives
- Create, track, and monitor KPIs to ensure effectiveness and performance of the team
What you bring:
- 5-8+ years of Implementation Management experience, leading and scaling implementation teams in a remote/hybrid environment
- 1-2+ years of experience directly managing Enterprise implementations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing a team through a high volume of monthly implementations
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Comfortable working in the gray with experience documenting standard operating procedures
- Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process
- Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
