We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People Team.

As People Operations Manager, you will report to our Associate Director of People to optimize, enhance, and elevate our Employee Lifecycle. You will also be a strong business partner in implementing and executing on key initiatives that will enhance the Meru Health employee experience. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (What this role will achieve):
People Operations: With our global environment + stellar clinic, you will ensure People Operations and systems management is efficient, effective, + inclusive.
- Own People Operations systems and recommend solutions to enhance + optimize systems.
- Administer and train workforce to company wide processes.
- Ensure accurate employee records retention and documentations of employment changes in systems.
- Deliver high-touch benefit support and administration.
- Coordinate open enrollment, provide benefits training, process bills, and answer employee questions.
- Manage the Leave administration and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Employee Experience: As our People Operations Manager, you will positively impact the employee experience, keeping the employee experience at the core of what you do.
- Ensure employees are onboarded and oriented effectively.
- Conduct stay interviews, coordinate developmental training, manage employee programs, and help build/improve employee experience.
- Support the immigration process.
- Support the employment termination process.
- Manage and support the needs of local Meru Place (Denver Office)
HR Business Partner: Depending on business needs, you will support our managers with navigating employee relations, organization development, and workforce planning activities.
- Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development.
- Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of issues and resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
- Support talent management and succession planning activities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Work Experience Needed:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a strong HR generalist. (Previous work experience as an HR Manager and/or managing in a hybrid environment is a plus!)
- Must have experience working at a start-up.
Knowledge, Education, and/or Training:
- Familiarity with administering HR softwares (Rippling, and Greenhouse are a plus!), navigating employee relations, and coordinating DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging) programs.
- Deep understanding of benefit and leave administration, employment laws and practices, immigration processes, and HR functional excellence.
- Success with demonstrating the following core competencies - influence, trust, credibility, transparency, collaboration, and communication. (Data analysis and interpretation skills are a plus!)

Strong partnerships with People Team and cross-functional team members.Understanding of Meru people + policies + processes to be able to quickly identify better solutions.High employee satisfaction when it comes to resolving tickets and employee experience. - You regularly serve as a stakeholder on cross-functional projects.

- Compensation:
- Denver: $95,950.00 - $117,071.00
- Generous stock options

- 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance for full-time employees (50% for dependents)
- Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options available (HSA eligible employees will receive Meru's annual contributions of $1,500 for single enrollees and $3,000 for enrollees with dependents)
