As a Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you’ll be a trusted thought partner - making an impact by supporting the global organization with sound operational & financial decision making. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Finance, you will partner with P&L owners to develop budgets and the supporting processes/tools for P&L performance management. This is an individual contributor role managing a function rather than team members.

What you'll do


  • Develop and implement FP&A best practices, procedures and processes to drive best in class forecast & planning, business insights and analysis to support key members of the senior leadership team
  • Provide decision support to executives and department leaders around personnel, contractors, and vendors
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and operate driver based forecasts for expenses, including, but not limited to, personnel workforce models and hosting costs
  • Establish a deep working relationship with our R&D organization and drive new initiatives such as integrating product led initiatives into the budget/forecast
  • Oversee consistent variance analysis, highlighting any changes in key drivers of the business and operationalizing next steps
  • Support the financial close process - assist the accounting team in the close by incorporating accrual feedback and chart of accounts development

What you have


  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of investment banking experience preferred
  • Experience working closely with, or in, a R&D/Product function, providing modeling and insights around new/existing features, conversion funnel, monetization, web hosting, and product margins
  • Mastery of financial models (3-statement, DCF, working knowledge of GAAP)
  • Experience with, and advanced understanding of, relational databases and BI tool functionality
  • Passion for driving timely & accurate results

The salary range for this role is$116,000 - $178,000.
