Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Alliances Director to lead and expand our alliances and partnerships ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building and managing successful alliances that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
What You’ll Do
Alliance Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize potential alliance partners based on strategic fit, market reach, and revenue potential.
- Define clear goals, KPIs, and metrics for alliance initiatives.
Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are beneficial for all parties involved.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key departments to ensure seamless execution of alliance initiatives.
- Provide strategic input and guidance to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
Alliance Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of joint marketing, sales, and enablement programs with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of alliance initiatives against established KPIs.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and threats.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing alliances team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
What We’d Like you to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or business development roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic alliances that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative alliance strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
