WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
We’re seeking an anti-fraud and compliance support ✨superstar✨ to join our team! This role is more than about handling Privacy, Compliance, and Anti-fraud requests daily. It is about delivering outstanding levels of service to our customers and partners around the world.As part of the team, you will report to the *Head of Security, and assist in navigating the complex landscape of legal and regulatory compliance and tuning our privacy, compliance, and anti-fraud processes and operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- Respond to privacy and compliance-related requests (eg. GDPR, LGPD) via a ticketing system (no calls).
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve anti-fraud incidents on a daily basis.
- Work closely with our data analytics team to analyze anti-fraud cases, improve our anti-fraud monitoring rules and systems, and meet various anti-spam and anti-fraud regulations (eg. CASL, CAN-SPAM Act).
- Provide outstanding customer experience to our users and partners — it’s a part of our mission to make Manychat users feel happy when using our product.
- Assist in establishing a system for identifying and managing compliance and cybersecurity risks.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥
Must haves:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the tech company — SaaS, PLG, or Enterprise background is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, find answers to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions in clear written communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of organization, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves:
- Understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and privacy/cybersecurity compliance frameworks (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA).
- Analytical skills, ability to self-serve data by writing SQL queries, and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
