Job Description

GTM Tooling is a new function within revenue enablement at Freshworks designed to create a more holistic and united seller experience which will in turn drive greater efficiency and productivity for our GTM teams. Our vision for the GTM tooling journey is to empower our sellers with a seamless and productive experience through every stage of the seller journey. We are committed to providing our teams with the tools and technology they need to excel, enabling them to deliver exceptional value to our customers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As Sr Manager, GTM Tooling, you will play a pivotal role in driving our tooling strategy to enhance our lead acquisition & sales processes.
Your responsibilities will include designing, building & optimizing tooling, measuring ROI of the tools we use to support the business & measuring the impact to seller efficiency, productivity & revenue. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Enablement, IT & Sales to ensure alignment with key business objectives.This position requires a deep understanding of market trends in GTM technology, hands-on experience with tool implementation, and a mindset for seller & customer experience. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in building and scaling technology implementations,
- 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, marketing, or IT roles, preferably with the SaaS industry for sales & marketing teams
- In-depth knowledge of marketing & sales technologies like Sprout Social, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Bynder, Contentful & other brand, SEO & social selling tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive successful technology implementations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
Additional Information
The annual OTE range for this position in Bellevue is between: $176,760-287,235. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
