This candidate is a high-performing individual who is a self-starter, excels at building relationships and anticipating customer needs. You’ll forge partnerships with key industry leaders and internal partners to drive adoption of our payment services within an assigned territory. You’ll also provide insights to our Business Development Team that will help shape the future of our products and services.

What you will be doing:


  • Growing GPV in your territory by driving increased share of wallet spend with Podium
  • Trainings and installations of card readers
  • Working with leadership to prioritize contact and partner initiatives within your territory.
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to proactively manage the business.
  • Hosting events for prospects, partners, and clients in your territory

What you should have:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and operate independently.
  • Must have the energy and initiative to recognize tasks that need to be accomplished and to take action to fill gaps where necessary.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and virtual environment, with stakeholders ranging from corporate level to front-line employees.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 3+ years of work experience in areas related to field sales, client relationship building, and/or sales operations.
  • Proven presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time
