You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools to optimize sales performance, enhance sales productivity, and maximize revenue growth.
This position can be based anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales operations strategies to support the achievement of revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and manage sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales analytics.
- Establish and maintain sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales initiatives with overall company goals.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of sales technology platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide sales leadership with data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop sales operations team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales operations leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or a related technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing sales operations strategies, processes, and systems.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong proactive and effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams while prioritizing customer value.
- Possess an analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize GTM.
