POSITION OBJECTIVE
As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and constantly enhancing our products and services, we are looking to add a highly passionate and capable individual to our Client Operations team to help ensure the quality and consistency of our procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading name and be part of a dynamic and international team. You will be able to make a real impact and have the opportunity to be the invaluable bridge between our customers and users, our product team and all front-office functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, put into place, and keep an eye on daily operating procedures to give insight into the objectives, advancement, and challenges of major projects.
- Plan, track, and evaluate important metrics for daily operations to guarantee timely and effective task completion.
- Maintain clean, accurate, well-organized ticket pipelines (Hubspot / Jira)
- Supervise the activities of the Customer support team.
- Work with the Customer Support team to identify and develop the best channels and strategies to communicate with customers and users;
- Assist the Customer Support team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed;
- Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes as you work with the various functions both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in the blockchain industry are preferred.
- Attentive to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment and to deliver multiple projects to deadline.
- Strong ability to establish and carry out policies.
- You are expected to actively validate your own work, maintaining the highest level of quality in everything that you do.
- Autonomous and self-starting mentality.
- Experience in designing important KPIs and/or OKRs for the organisation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with people, understand their needs and goals, identify creative solutions, and manage action items through to completion.
- Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience with G-Suite.
