Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for app and web products, translating strategy into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Take a data-driven approach and identify areas of improvement for overall business success. Design and implement solutions that enhance key metrics.
- Conduct user research to identify problems and assess user feedback. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on research findings.
- Communicate and collaborate with external partners to align user experience goals and provide design expertise.
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and reusability. Continuously improve design processes and workflows.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in HCI, computer science, design, engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UX, UI, user research, product design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of successful consumer product launches and iterations.
- Advanced skills in executing user testing and user experience research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in motion design and/or video editing is a strong plus.
- Must be based in the California Bay Area and have the ability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
