The Event Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in shaping the company's event and tradeshow marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver tradeshow experiences that build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
You’re highly motivated and extremely organized with exceptional project management and communication skills. You have a proven track record managing logistics for multiple concurrent events while maintaining effective communication across a wide range of stakeholders. You will balance broad strategic visions with an obsession with detail, ensuring flawless execution of event-related activities. You embrace challenges and creativity, stay level-headed in uncertain situations, and motivated to drive event strategy and execution with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute an annual industry events and tradeshow strategy that integrates seamlessly with marketing, sales, and organizational goals.
- Project manage all aspects of tradeshow planning, including marketing promotion, logistics, timelines, and budgeting.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of all event materials to ensure they align with our latest product positioning and brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event strategy, hold teams accountable for deliverables, and measure event success against sales pipeline goals.
- Prepare detailed post-event reports with a data-driven analysis of opportunities developed and influenced.
- Utilize feedback and analytics to drive improvements for future events and innovate how we engage with our audience.
- Support logistics and strategy for our annual client conference, LitiQuest.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Business or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in events or field marketing, preferably in the B2B space
- Excellent organizational skills with a strength in project management and extreme attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, copywriting a plus
- Meticulous budget management, experience measuring marketing ROI a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities
- Highly organized, extroverted, energetic, and eager to build a career in marketing
In-Office & Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel about 20% of the time, not excluding occasional weekends to meet business requirements.
- Based in NYC with the requirement to work from our Manhattan office 6 days a month (2 weeks, 3 days each week)

The estimated pay range for this role is $65,000-75,000.
