Impact of the Role


As a leader for the Funds Routing team you will be responsible for growing the team, scaling up the infrastructure required for partnering with banks, increasing the reliability of our payments infrastructure, building the business logic for routing payments across multiple banking platforms. You will also get the opportunity to influence the culture of the company and influence its roadmap in creating a global fintech product.

What You'll Do


  • Design and implement new fintech features.
  • Help scale existing fintech infrastructure.
  • Hire, mentor and grow software developers.
  • Set up processes to optimize inter team collaboration.
  • Work with product managers to build quarterly product roadmap.

Qualifications 


  • 3+ years experience managing technical teams of more than 4 people.
  • 7+ years of experience working as an IC.
  • Strong leadership ability; experience managing and growing senior engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills to build consensus with stakeholders.
  • Possess deep knowledge of modern development practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
  • Comfortable being hands on as a technical leader.

Requirements


  • Must be aware of object oriented design and high level programming languages.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Experienced with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, etc.
