Join us as we embark on a journey to transform spaces, inspire innovation, and shape the future of work.What You’ll DoAs a Fitness Manager at lulafit, you will be responsible for the operations of a corporate fitness center, including leading personal training activities and group fitness programming. The right candidate will have experience leading fitness service delivery, excellent customer service skills, and close attention to detail.
How You'll Do It
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the fitness center amenity space, including compliance
- Ensure facility is well maintained and photo-ready, including but not limited to: general upkeep, oversight of laundry and towel services, and ordering + stocking amenity supplies
- Oversee member satisfaction and engagement through regular surveys and activations
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with lulafit’s hospitality ethos
- Problem solve and address issues on the spot to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Lead fitness center tours to tenants and prospective tenants
- Act as the head personal trainer, drive personal training revenueLead group fitness classes and oversee group fitness engagement and satisfaction
- Design the schedule of group fitness classes, tailor programming to client needs
- Plan and execute fitness programming and events for tenants
- Support member communication & marketing efforts
- Support the Operations Team with other projects and tasks related to increasing client engagement and member experience

Desired Skills + Experience
- 3+ years experience in the fitness industry
- 1-3+ years of previous management experience within a gym or fitness center
- Personal Training certification from national organization (NSCA, NASM, ACE)
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Group fitness certification(s)
