Vivrelle is seeking an enthusiastic, Winter Intern to play a critical role with our continued growth. This role will be reporting to our Outbound Logistics Manager within our Operations Team.
This internship will help you acquire product and logistic skills and provide you with knowledge of various operational strategies. We will focus on providing learning opportunities to help you understand customer satisfaction practices, gain hands-on experience in outbound operations, and gradually develop autonomy in task management within a guided learning environment. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment as a pivotal part of the team!The internship will run from Jan - March 2025.
Our internship positions are in-person. Our company is dedicated to creating an internship program that does not interfere with your class schedule.
As an Intern, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Enhancing customer experience by learning how to provide a delightful unboxing experience
- Observing and assisting with the packaging process
- Assisting the outbound team in preparing materials such as building boxes, folding tissue paper, and organizing products to understand the logistics and teamwork involved in efficient packing procedures
- Engaging in a semi-autonomous role where, after becoming familiar with tasks, self-manage priorities under guidance, learning to make independent decisions within a structured framework
As an Intern, Your Skills and Qualifications Include:
- Organized and detail oriented
- Current enrollment in a related college degree or area of study
- Experience working in a brick and mortar retail environment
- Experience in inventory and stocking
- Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
- Driven and focused mentality
