In this role, you'll handle various tasks with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and professional atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Manage event calendars & assist the People team with general calendar support and candidate experience support

  • Receive and distribute all deliveries

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents

  • Assist with preparing and tracking documents for the legal and finance team

  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies and inventory, and order new supplies as needed

  • Organize and maintain common areas such as the kitchen and conference rooms

  • Coordinate daily lunch orders for the office, working with vendors to arrange meal delivery

  • Set up and break down the lunch setup after the meal, cleaning and organizing the area

  • Assist in organizing team and company events with the Office Manager & EA team

  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for conferences

  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing

  • Assist with the set-up and coordination of weekly company meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking for:



  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A passion for enhancing company culture and a proactive approach to organizing engaging events to create a fun, social office environment

  • Basic understanding of event planning, including food & beverage

  • Proficiency in Google Suite 

  • Notary Certification or a commitment to obtain certification shortly after joining the team

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • A positive, proactive, and team player attitude

  • Willingness to be agile and jump in wherever is needed. We are a startup!

  • Ability to work Monday - Friday onsite at our offices in Culver City, Los Angeles, California
