Salesforce Business Analyst
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Operations Specialist to help drive the integrity of our internal data, optimize our CRM experience, and ensure our revenue teams are deriving maximum value from our tech stack and revenue operating processes. We are growing fast, and we are looking for someone who is excited to dig into our GTM data, drive and implement processes, and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
What you’ll do
Help build and maintain a roadmap for the continued optimization of our Salesforce instance, based on cross-functional and executive input as well as your own assessment of our system needs
Serve as a subject matter consultant for Salesforce, providing guidance and strong partnership to the GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, etc.)
Create custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and track progress against goals
Participate in the evaluation, scoping, and implementation of new systems, processes, and integrations
Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and system diagrams
High comfort with Salesforce flow building, maintenance, and deprecation
Implement and adjust automations for complex business processes
Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to end users as needed
Develop and implement long-term best practices for using Salesforce to flexibly support a fast-moving team, ensuring data integrity along the way
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and make recommendations for adoption
What you bring
You have exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences and tell stories with data
You have demonstrated skills leveraging Salesforce as an admin to solve business problems for a managed services and / or SaaS organization in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
You love solving go-to-market business problems through data-driven process shifts
You possess the ability to build effective relationships, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally
You are a highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team & growth oriented mindset
You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and design effective solutions
You are highly detailed and organized with exceptional follow-through
You have the ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Salesforce Administrator certification a plus
