THE OPPORTUNITY:
Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role will report to our Operations Manager and help maintain data integrity and order processing across all platforms, including Shopify and the ERP system. This role will be responsible for day-to-day order management for D2C, as well as assisting the Senior Operations Associate & Operations Associates with any inbound, outbound, and inventory projects. This role will work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Production, Merchandising and Planning, Marketing, Public Relations, and E-commerce teams, along with our 3PL team.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day order management, escalations, and troubleshooting of D2C orders. Including but not limited to monitoring order exceptions, managing customer preorder SLA, and system transmissions
- Support the Operations team with managing accurate system data, such as new item creation, SKU maintenance, SKU updates, and other miscellaneous system clean-up
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team on Operations issues and act as the first internal point of contact, escalating accordingly when necessary
- Work with the 3PL & Customer Experience team on flagging order escalations & prioritization
- Responsible for all internal sample order processing
- Assist the Public Relations team with troubleshooting influencer orders
- Ensure information regarding in-stock and pending inventory is up to date and communicated to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the Operations team in monitoring various performance analyses for outbound and inbound shipments, and other related projects

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of operations experience in e-commerce, apparel, or consumer goods
- Strong interest in learning about operations & apparel business
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Problem solver attitude
- Quick learner, loves diving into new subject matters, and able to quickly understand how various business functions work together to achieve objectives
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
- Hardworking and willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small
- Resourceful and scrappy - can figure out solutions to novel problems independently
- Proactive problem solver, able to troubleshoot and escalate issues effectively
NICE TO HAVES
- Familiarity with Operations/Customer Experience practices is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or ERP
- Experience working with 3PL warehouse
New York Pay Range$57,000—$65,000 USD
