With us, e-commerce brands reach new heights with expert operators and infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Content Specialist with extensive knowledge of Amazon to join our team. The role requires working within Seller Central, as well as working cooperatively with brand managers and the marketing team.
It is a full time position and will require the candidate to work on a North American time zone.
Responsibilities:
-Strategic Listing Development: Develop and execute innovative strategies to boost sales and enhance conversion rates through the optimization of product listings within Seller Central.-New Product Launch Support: Collaborate with brand managers to create compelling product listings from scratch, ensuring they captivate audiences and drive engagement.-A+ Content Creation: Partner with our talented graphic designers to craft visually stunning A+ content that showcases our products' unique features and benefits.-Keyword and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research using cutting-edge tools such as Helium 10 and DataDive to inform listing optimization efforts and maximize organic visibility.-Performance Monitoring: Monitor keyword rankings and indexing performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and adjustment.-A/B Testing and Analysis: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize listing elements, meticulously analyzing results to refine and enhance content effectiveness.-Content Management and Troubleshooting: Upload content changes and variations using flat feed files, swiftly troubleshooting any issues with assistance from Seller Support to ensure seamless listing optimization.-Market Awareness: Stay abreast of evolving trends and changes within the Amazon ecosystem, adapting strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.-Special Projects: Undertake special projects and additional duties as required, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills & Experience:
