About Your Role
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work with a portfolio of customers to help them deploy, use and adopt Calico products in their environment. You will have the unique opportunity to play a role that combines account management, professional services, technical training and technical support. The role involves understanding the customer's business and technical requirements and designing/implementing a security and observability solution using the Calico suite of products to meet those requirements.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product management and engineering teams to drive successful outcomes for our customers. You will develop and sharpen your skills on Kubernetes, container security, container networking, observability and project management.The position is an excellent opportunity at a growing cyber-security startup, and will be based in Vancouver. Strong experience in Linux system administration, customer-facing skills, and a passion for learning are the key requirements to be successful in this role.Salary range for this role is OTE: CAD $90,000 - CAD $110,000

- Solid hands-on technical skills and knowledge of Linux fundamentals and system administration

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related subject
