We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in projects of collection and management of information from mass consumption customers in order to ensure optimal field operation, from planning, implementation and supervision to the development and execution of processes and projects directly and / or through suppliers.***This is a remote position based out of in La Paz — Bolivia.
What You Will Do
- Ensure, lead and support the management of external suppliers contracted for point-of-sale collection.
- Define and implement strategies to meet operational objectives, in order to ensure compliance by suppliers.
- Designing and developing quality plans for existing projects, ensuring best practices in the process, supporting and guaranteeing the correct implementation by suppliers.
- Ensure best collection practices, defining appropriate methodologies according to the project to be carried out.
- Plan, implement and supervise the capture and transformation methodology.
- Ensure compliance with routes and sweep for the breakdown and demographic team.
- Definition of field force control scheme through a field operation monitoring center.
- Establishment of indicators, service level agreements, alerts and definition of action plans.
- Align project expectations from external customers, internal and field operation.
- Negotiation with third parties and field suppliers at national level.
- Cost optimization, budget follow up.
What You Bring Along
- Work experience between 8–10 years. At least 5 years of these in operations and logistics, leading teams of more than 50 people at national level, under direct and remote monitoring.
- Professional in Administration, Engineering, economics or related
- Operation management, budget, project planning and control, PMO.
- Indispensable knowledge in the mass consumption sector.
- English C1 (Advanced)
