The primary role of the Manager, Omnichannel Media Architecture, is developing North American insight driven omnichannel strategies for a global jewelry and accessory retail client, Fossil Group. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless adoption of omnichannel media strategies to build brand clout and drive conversion. The ideal candidate possesses strong foundational experience with media planning, openness to new-thinking, and a strategic mindset to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audience research to synthesize the target demographics, their media consumption habits, and preferences across different channels. Apply information to select the most effective media channels and approaches
- Work closely with creative teams early in the planning process to ensure that media plans align with the overall messaging and creative elements of the campaigns
- Develop comprehensive omnichannel media strategies, channel mix allocations & planning principles for clients, aligning with their business objectives and target audience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account managers, activation teams, and data analysts, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of media plans with overall omnichannel strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for effective media planning and contribution to thought leadership
- Develop relationships with media vendors to gain access to exclusive data, insights, and opportunities that can inform innovative approaches and new thinking
- Coordinate with global and other regional teams to ensure a consistent and comprehensive global approach to media
- Support in train associate managers or new team members on key platforms such as Commspoint
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience required
- Attention to detail and the ability to focus under pressure
- The ability to adapt to meet evolving client and team needs, and communicate calmly and kindly
- Successfully work with various groups to resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to handle multiple projects, and multiple brands at the same time
- Self-starter with desire to continuous learn
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills are expected
- Knowledge of collaboration software and project management techniques and tools (MS Teams and Office 365 preferred)
- Proficient in planning and insights tools such Commspoint Influence & Journey, Mintel, Foresight Factory, Syndicated Studies platforms such as MRI/Simmons, GWI, YouGov, Nielsen Media Impact, eTelmar, etc.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $70,000 - $85,000USD.
