We are a growing leader in a rapidly-growing industry and we are looking for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our Research Operations team.For more information about AnswerLab, please visit www.answerlab.com/careers.Job PurposeAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with a Recruiting Team, Team Leaders, and clients to successfully execute UX research projects through the recruitment of research participants.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing between 5-8 recruitment projects simultaneously. This position reports to a Team Lead.The candidate selected for this role should be located in the Phoenix area and comfortable working in an office environment. You will be expected to work within a COVID-vaccinated office environment. Only AnswerLabbers who are fully vaccinated will be allowed access to the Phoenix office. Meaning at least 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of a double-dose COVID-19 vaccine or at least 14 days have passed since receiving the first dose of a single-dose vaccine. Job Responsibilities 

  • Review initial project details and create a recruitment plan
  • Create and maintain project milestones and timelines for every project through completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand the target audience(s) we are seeking to recruit
  • Write the participant screener to use in recruitment of participants, or provide recommendations on the screener when provided
  • Use participant databases to find the right people based on the target audience(s)
  • Craft recruitment plans outside of the participant database, should creative solutions be required, for studies with complex target audiences; This may involve coordination with other teams or vendors to source niche profiles
  • Contact potential participants to schedule a research session
  • Manage participant expectations on time investment and all pertinent project details
  • Create thorough and solution-oriented communication to clients
  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication and planning to ensure team alignment
  • Ensure all non-disclosures and consent forms are signed by participants prior to their participation
  • Track participant attendance to each project
  • Ensure timely delivery of participant incentives
  • Collaborate and support other team members on projects, tasks, or timelines
  • Provide relevant insights on processes and tools to other team members and/or clients

Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceWe understand that outstanding candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate will likely meet many or most of the job criteria listed below.

  • 1-2 years of experience with coordination, scheduling and managing of internal and external resources or similar role
  • Preferred familiarity with market research studies, focus groups, UXR/user research, or design research
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Service-oriented and responsive
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and communications in a high volume, client-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Quick learner and ability to multitask with minimal supervision
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
