We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As the Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in representing our community and facilitating communication between members and internal teams. Responsibilities include optimizing Discord channels, managing community platforms, and creating engaging content on Telegram, Discord, and social media. Responsibilities:Community Management & Engagement:
- Set up and optimize secure Discord channels for seamless communication.
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community across Telegram, Discord, and social media platforms.
- Organize engaging events like calls and AMAs to encourage participation and strengthen community bonds.
- Create captivating content to drive active engagement and interaction, including trending industry topics and entertaining memes.
Community Growth:
- Utilize web3 platforms to enhance marketing strategies and expand the Coin98 community.
- Implement strategies for attracting new members through outreach, partnerships, and referral programs.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Set and monitor KPIs for community growth and engagement.
- Track social media followers and Discord member statistics.
- Provide regular reports on community sentiment, online presence, and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Have a deep understanding of our products and services
- Proven experience as a community manager
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
- Knowledge of DeFi on multi-chains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with social media management tools
- Self-motivated
