ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial & Resource Services Support Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage programs related to financial and resource services for our government clients.ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Design and maintain the project plan, alignment of resources, management to deliverable deadlines, and contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all financial and resource services.
- Develop and maintain financial management plans, including cost analysis and forecasting for resources and services.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide strategic advice and recommendations for financial and resource management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Track and report on financial performance and resource utilization to stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with financial and resource services.
Requirements
- Must have managed similar activities within the Department of State
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing Financial contracts in the Federal space
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- PMP or equivalent highly desirable.
- Degree in finance/accounting/business highly desirable
- Advance Degree in finance/accounting/business more desirable
