Product Manager – Enterprise PIM/ MDM

Syndigo’s Enterprise Data Management product line consists of an integrated suite of MDM (Master Data Management), PIM (ProductInformation Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), Content Syndication, and Content Optimization solutions.Syndigo’s PIM software allows organizations to centralize and manage product information efficiently, ensuring consistency across all sales channels and enabling faster time-to-market with improved data quality and personalized customer experiences.
About the Job
The Product Manager will lead the execution of Syndigo's Product Information Management (PIM) product vision, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions. This role encompasses ownership of product areas, driving end-user experience, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
· Solve current problems with future in mind – Execute on the vision and strategy for digital product(s)/platform in alignment with other product lines, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.· Own product areas and features – Own the software development lifecycle for the relevant parts of the product from the product owner perspective. This covers areas from creating detailed Epics/ mock-ups/ user stories etc., to collaborating with Engineering & Architecture for the epic/ story review, feature delivery, prioritizing user experience and data-driven decision-making.· Focus on end-user experience – Champion end-user perspectives, continuously refining product features and prioritization based on customer inputs, while fostering collaboration with on-field teams to enhance adoption and satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
5 to 7 Years of experience IT software industry.· 2+ Years of Relevant experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.· Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills· Previous experience in Data Management, Data Quality, Digital Asset Management, Marketing Tech. Prior experience developing/ documenting product features, user stories, business requirements, and product specifications.· Prior experience in managing challenging priorities and delivering on rapid timelines.· Comfort with direct client engagement.· Experience with Agile frameworks and leading Agile teams.· Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint· Proficiency on working with REST APIs and usage of tools like Postman
- Must have exposure in creating detailed Epics/ mock-ups/ user stories and collaborating with the UX team etc.,
- Collaborating with Engineering & Architecture for the epic/ story review, feature delivery, prioritizing user experience and data-driven decision-making.
· Having CSM, CSPO or other product management certification is an advantage.
