Looking for a new opportunity in training? Our ProSource team is seeking a motivated Training Specialist with a growth-oriented mindset to join us in our St. Louis office. In this multi-faceted position, you'll be responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering classroom training programs, as well as live interactive web-based training sessions for various user groups. As a Training Specialist, you'll assess training requirements, evaluate program effectiveness, lead structured learning experiences, facilitate group discussions, and provide support to diverse user groups.Join our fun, dynamic, and non-segmented training team where each team member contributes to a hands-on approach.

Our Training Specialist will:


  • Support in conducting, developing, preparing, and facilitating classroom training programs for showroom owners, sales managers, account managers and support personnel as well as work with management to assess training needs and develop new and customized training programs and materials.
  • Focus trainings on systems tools including POS, CRM and product administration systems, new showroom openings, selling and operational skills and prospecting for new business as well as building a sales funnel.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with departments within CCA and ensure that projects uphold the right content, brand voice, and foster brand consistency across all channels.
  • Facilitate the development of educational programs and tools, which may involve printed materials, producing presentations and videos, and conducting live training sessions.
  • Drive and support strategy, priorities and roadmap for service and selling training to support business objectives and regularly assess and measure the effectiveness and success of training programs.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or relevant related experience, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in sales and sales management, sales training, group facilitation or related activities.
  • Proven track record of delivering training programs in high-performance environment.
  • Solid understanding of training methodologies, techniques, adult learning principles, and practices.
  • Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills, exceptional writing and communication abilities, and effective multitasking skills within a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and adobe creative suite; experience in developing educational multimedia curriculum is a plus.
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills, coupled with the ability to communicate courteously and concisely with corporate staff.
  • Ability to travel for trainings and presentations up to 50% of the time.
