Compensation Range: $180,000 to $200,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:


As the Director of Growth, Integrated Campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in building creative and impactful marketing campaigns across multiple products, channels, regions, and segments with the core responsibility of acquiring new customers. This role will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow Huntress's market share and customer base by partnering with the extended marketing team, sales leaders, and product to create, lead, and execute campaign plans and programs that drive business impact.

You will lead a team responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns for our suite of products, brand awareness, and critical go-to-market initiatives globally. 

Campaign Management and Strategy:


  • Lead strategy alongside Product Marketing and Brand & Creative to align field, sales, and partner marketers with standardized campaign assets to drive consistent messaging across regions
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop a comprehensive cross-channel campaign strategy for each product, customer segment, geography, and industry vertical that speaks to defined ICPs
  • Define the virtual event strategy (webinars) for both internal and external digital productions alongside the Field, Brand, and Product Marketing teams
  • Define and report on key success metrics for campaigns and virtual events (webinars)

Senior Leadership & Management:


  • Mentor and manage a team of senior campaign & virtual event managers that will collaborate to drive aspirational strategy to capture global demand for our suite of products and services
  • Leverage data from the analytics teams to assess campaign performance to guide the channel mix, content, and timing of future integrated campaigns
  • Optimize across channels and adjust strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Communicate performance and opportunities across stakeholders to improve organization-wide

Requirements:


  • Proven 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership experience, managing $100M+ in revenue pipeline in high-growth companies 
  • Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies and managing integrated campaigns that drive incremental revenue
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team of campaign managers and webinar managers
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
