What We Offer You:


This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the Knoxville area over the summer, with lodging and meals provided during the project. What You’ll Be Doing:


Conduct pre-construction Inspections to document the condition of homes andsurrounding properties.Install and operate seismographic equipment to monitor vibrations duringconstruction activities.Accurately record Inspection data and prepare detailed reports for clients.Communicate with homeowners to explain the Inspection process and addressany concerns.Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and data integrity.Travel to project sites in the Knoxville, TN area for fieldwork.Work a combination of office and field hours, with flexibility as needed.

Your Background:


Previous experience in construction, engineering, inspecting, or related fields ispreferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to document conditions accurately.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of seismographic equipment is a plus, but training will beprovided.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Flexibility to travel and stay in provided lodging during the project.Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest inthe position.
