The role is located in the Eastern Time Zone of the US on a remote basis.We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to help support our forward thinking world-class HR team, focusing on the employee experience we want to create and enabling our people to do their best work. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist on HR projects within the team on all elements of the employee lifecycle
- Working with the HR Specialist to ensure our HRIS, BBHR, is accurate including data cleansing, drafting reports and checking data
- Collating content in our learning and development platform
- Collating data and insights for our quarterly HR dashboard
- Supporting on management of global benefits schemes - joiners, leavers, monthly processes
- Responsible for gift ordering for all employee life events
- Responsible for new joiner swag distribution and supporting one-off swag events
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- Working towards a recognized HR qualification (or wishing to continue studying)
- Demonstrable experience of working in HR together with an understanding of all the elements of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on people experience and a non-bureaucratic approach
- Hands-on experience working with a HRIS, such as BambooHR
- Flexibility to work with our globally dispersed HR team
- Digital acumen and an ability to work in an agile way
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills
The role will report to our HR Specialist, but will be expected to interact and work closely with other areas of the company as needed. The role is available anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone of US. The role requires regular contact with our international team located in the United States, South America, Western and Eastern Europe, and Asiaso a comfort working with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds is required.Benefits:
