Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Digital Marketing Specialist in our St. Louis Office for our ProSource Division.This multi-faceted position specializing in digital marketing and creative production supports and delivers strategies that improve local ProSource showroom performance and ProSource national brand growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across many projects to support the ProSource division. Responsibilities will evolve over time, so your eagerness and flexibility to change is important.In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Our Digital Marketing Specialist will:
- Support marketing programs related to customer experience, acquisition, retention, reactivation, and top customer strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to coordinate national email and text programs and develop customer journeys utilizing email, text, and social touchpoints.
- Understanding of and the ability to direct all aspects of creative: copy, imagery, design, and video content.
- Project manage and execute national ad local external campaigns to drive awareness and action by intended audiences across multiple digital marketing tactics.
- Support various marketing programs and communication of programs to the franchise system, including kitchen & bath grand opening campaigns, product expansion marketing and management of collateral.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, and 2-3 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Both B2B and B2C experience preferred.
- Experience with creative development, video productions and marketing communication preferred.
- Strong writing and personal computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Suite Creative Cloud, video editing applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
- The ability and propensity to review performance and customer metrics to determine trends.
- Aptitude to analyze data and make suggestions and modifications for improvement.
- Requires the ability to communicate clearly, follow up on commitments in a timely and thorough manner, and question conventional thinking.
